HM Revenue and Customs is a Government department responsible for most of the
business of the former Inland Revenue and HM Customs and Excise,
responsible for collecting the bulk of tax revenue as well as paying
tax credits and child benefit, and strengthening the UK's frontiers. The membership of the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland is made up of all Chief Constables, Deputy Chief Constables and Assistant Chief Constables in Scotland. The European Convention on Human Rights. The Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency incorporates the Scottish Crime Squad, the Scottish Criminal Intelligence Office and the Scottish Technical support Unit. The Office of Public Sector Information, formerly HMSO, provide
online access to UK legislation and the management of Crown copyright. The Stationery Office is a publishing and document service. Members of the Association of Council Secretaries and Solicitors
are the Chief Legal and Administrative Officers of local authorities
